Shiba Foundation was founded in 2023 for the purpose of providing support and guidance to those who are looking to make changes to their lives and find a more sustainable balance between work and life.

The goals of our program is to focus directly on improving individuals' ability to recognize and meet their own needs through simple, effective processes. Developing sustainable methods for meeting daily needs will directly address the root cause of burnout.
