Purpose
This study seeks to identify at what levels of prioritization of needs, over time, leads to the greatest capacity for growth and yields the most creative output. This human-oriented approach focuses on encouraging participants to engage in one simple activity, daily, as little or as much as they desire.
Evidence has suggested that fully engaging in a simple activity, on a regular basis (daily) will result in greater self-awareness, barrier identification, and a recognition of the level of effort necessary to achieve noticeable growth. Self-awareness and self-knowledge act as a motivator for individuals to explore and expand their understanding of themselves and world around them.
By consistently engaging in daily self-awareness and purposeful action, you will learn how to recognize and overcome roadblocks, improve motivation, and develop "grit", which leads to proven, long-term growth and success.
